Hello, I'm Jolene DeLorbe, Co-Director of the Early Childhood Center. I am the wife of
John (34 yrs) and mother of three sons and one daughter. We put all four of our children through St. Edward and Columbus
High. We own the Black Hawk Tennis Club. Our oldest son Daniel, lives in Waterloo and is with Bankers Life Insurance.
Our 2nd son Brian, just graduated from U.N.I. this May with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Industry and works at the
Tennis Club with John. Our 3rd son Adam, lives in Cedar Falls and is manager of the Jimmy John's on the hill.
Our daughter Gabrielle, just graduated from Columbus this May and will attend Hawkeye this fall and works at Pioneer Printing
for the summer. I love to play tennis, sand volleyball, ride my bike and I enjoy baking. I started the before and after school daycare in August 1988, so this would be my 22nd
year at St. Edward. I am very happy to be part of this great program and am very pleased with its growth over the years. I
hope we continue to be of service to the young families of our parish, who sometimes struggle to shuffle their busy lives
with children, work, home, activities, school and daycare. We thank them for sharing their precious children with us. |
